To inspire people is not an easy
task. It’s a great quality and can be shared with others too. Now there can be
many ways we can inspire people and it completely depends upon the age of the
person, the situation and most important the cause behind this.
Question is what is Inspiring?
It’s just like encouraging somebody. If it’s our work place then our sole motto
can be to get some of our tasks done. But we have to keep this in mind that we
should not offend anybody, it should not be irritating or over bearing.
The best way to inspire your
coworkers is to tell them the importance of the outcome and the benefits
involved in it. We should encourage them a lot and should always appreciate
their work. We take example of inspirational
music shows performed by marching band arrangers. They perform it with such a heart
that people sitting in the stadium gets molded by their rhythms and music.
There is role of both things -
the music and their performance. They perform various stunts, do many movements
and make audience move with them. Even sometimes you would have watched such a
marvelous show that you come out singing the lyrics of their inspirational
songs.
We can also take examples of
Moral Plays. They play a big role in inspiring people. You might have Scene
Street plays hitting on various social and political acts, thereby making
people learn the right thing and support it with full heart.
There can be other ways too that
we can take out as per the situation we will be working on and the people we
wanted to inspire.
